When it comes to life, you don’t have to be on the phone to feel like you’re on hold. 

Whether you’re standing in a long line at the store, waiting to be seen at a doctor’s office, or hoping to hear back about a job application from a prospective employer, life can feel like one big waiting room.

1. Text

If you don’t have time to talk on the phone, but you need customer service help, send us a text. Yes, really. Just like you would text a friend—and we will reply just like a friend would!

2. Bank from anywhere

You never have to wait in line. With our banking app, which is available for both Apple and Android devices, you can bank from anywhere, anytime. 

3. Mobile deposits

Forget filling out deposit slips by hand, sitting in the drive-thru lane, and sending your deposit in a canister via pneumatic tube (even though this technology still feels fun and futuristic somehow!). You can deposit your latest check simply by taking a photo of it with our app! 

4. Check balances

If you want to find out your balance, you don’t need to talk to a teller or even login—and fail when you forget your password—via your computer. Just open your app, where your balance awaits you.

5. Order checks

When you run out of checks, you don’t need to run out of patience, too. Order them via the app—are you starting to sense a theme here?

6. Transfer money

Do it through (you guessed it) the app. Move money from one account to the other via the app without jumping through hoops at your branch to make it happen.

7. Bill pay

Set up bill payments through the app to avoid late payments and save time you would otherwise spend writing and mailing checks every month. 

8. Review transactions

Want to review your banking history to trace deposits and/or expenditures? Forget lengthy printouts at your branch—pull up the info on your app anytime to trace your transactions. 

9. Digital signing

Need to sign something for us but don't want to come in to one of our branches to do it? Use Docusign to send an esignature.

10. Request a card

Want a debit card for your account or need to replace an existing card? Text or call us to request a card. You do not have to wait 7 to 10 days for a replacement! You can even use CardValet, an app that allows you to manage your card, giving you the ability to turn your card off and on whenever you need.
