Regular Checking

Minimum Requirements

In order to qualify for a Regular Checking account, members are required to have a regular or senior savings account with the $5.00 balance at all times as their share of ownership in Millstream Area Credit Union. If membership account has not been opened, that must be completed first. If membership has already been established, account change card must be completed and signed by member. Member must qualify through Chex Systems.

Account Specifications

1. For members 18 years of age and older
2. No minimum balance required
3. Unlimited check writing 
4. 1 Free ATM card ($10.00 replacement/duplicate fee) 
5. Overdraft protection is available through: 
1. Courtesy Pay (if member qualifies) 
2. Share accounts 
3. Overdraft Line of Credit (if member qualifies)
6. Free account balancing assistance twice per year 
7. Free replenishment of check registers and vinyl checkbook covers
8. No monthly maintenance fees 
9. Unlimited withdrawals/ deposits to account 
10. Free Online Banking, Mobile Banking, & Telephone Banking
11. Free electronic funds transfers from merchants 
12. Free e-Statement option
13. Shared Branching Services
14. ACH Originations 
15. Direct Deposit 
16. Payroll Deductions  
17. Non-dividend earning account
